How do your prices work?

Every price on this page is a starting point for a typical scope. After a discovery call you receive a written quote with deliverables and a timeline, and nothing begins until you approve it.

Can I buy a template and also hire you?

Yes. Many clients start with a template, then bring us in for the parts they want help with. Your template license is separate from any consulting engagement.

Do you work with organizations outside Louisiana?

Yes. Our work is delivered remotely, and travel for on-site visits is quoted separately.

What if I only need a small piece of help?

That is common. Proposal reviews, evaluation sections, and advisory hours are designed for focused help without a large engagement.

What do the templates include?

Excel and Word files with the formulas, examples, and guidance already in place. You customize them for your organization and use them across your own projects and proposals.

What is your refund policy for templates?

Templates are digital downloads, so sales are final. If a file is defective or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you.
